When will my order be shipped?Updated a month ago

Do you place your order Monday through Friday before 8:00 PM? Then your package will be shipped the same day. As soon as your order is processed, you'll receive a track & trace code from us. Please note: your package may not have left our warehouse yet at that time, but in most cases, you can already track it the same day.

Do you order on Friday evening after 8:00 PM, or on Saturday or Sunday? Then you'll receive the confirmation email with the tracking code on Monday or Tuesday. Haven’t received anything? Check your spam folder. It's also possible that there was a typo in your email address, in which case you won’t receive the confirmation or tracking email. Just contact us via the chat function so we can send you the tracking code manually.
