If you order from Monday to Thursday, your package will be shipped the next day. Once your order is processed, you will receive your tracking code from us. Your package may not have left our warehouse at that time, but usually, you can track your package on the same day.

If you order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, you will receive the confirmation email with the tracking code on Monday or Tuesday. Haven't received anything? Check your spam folder. It could also be that you mistakenly made a typo in your email address, resulting in not receiving the confirmation and tracking code. In that case, please contact us via the chat function so that we can still email you the tracking code.
