I’ve entered my VAT number, but VAT is still being charged.Updated 18 days ago
This usually happens when the VAT number has been entered incorrectly or incompletely, or is not recognised as valid by the system.
For customers within the EU but outside the Netherlands, it’s important to first create an account and enter your VAT number carefully; both in your account details and during checkout. Make sure to include the correct country code and avoid using dots or spaces in the number.
You are responsible for entering your VAT details correctly. If an order is placed without a valid VAT number, VAT will be charged automatically. This cannot be adjusted or reclaimed afterwards.
If you notice VAT being added during checkout, do not complete your order. Instead, please contact us first. We’ll be happy to help you set everything up correctly before you proceed.
