Why does the henna turn green?Updated 16 days ago

Pure henna typically has a green hue. If you start dyeing too early, you may indeed notice a somewhat greenish tint. To avoid this, mix the henna with warm to hot water and allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes before you begin dyeing. This ensures that the mixture is well developed and achieves a nice brown color. If the eyebrows still appear to have a yellow-green tint afterward, rest assured that it will completely fade by the time the client gets home. Additionally, the lighting in your salon may contribute to the appearance of a greener hue than it actually is.
