Whew, that's annoying! You can't achieve power brows without good materials! The wax heater comes with a 1-year warranty. Is your heater still within the warranty period? If so, please make a video clearly showing the issue with the heater and email it to [email protected]. 

Please include the name under which the wax heater was ordered, and if possible, the order number.
