My airbrush device won't turn on.Updated a month ago

If you're using the airbrush for the first time, it's important to charge it for at least 1.5 hours. After that, turn on the airbrush as follows:

• Press the button on the bottom of the device.
• Press the metal trigger on the gun while simultaneously pulling it back.
• It’s also important that there is enough pigment and Activator in the cup. We recommend starting with 6 to 10 drops of pigment and 6 to 10 drops of Activator.
