The timings in the manual are guidelines. Especially with stronger or coarser brow hairs, a longer processing time is often needed, particularly around the front of the brows.

The Brow Check is the most important step here. Always perform the Brow Check after the recommended processing time to determine whether the brow hairs are ready for the next step.

The natural brow hair type also plays an important role. Very short, coarse or strongly downward growing hairs tend to hold their new shape less effectively, which can influence the final result.
