How do I return my order?Updated 4 days ago

If you wish to return a product after receiving it, you may do so at your own expense, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase will not be refunded.

Only unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for reimbursement. If the packaging has been opened or the product does not meet your expectations, such as the color, it cannot be returned. Therefore, please exercise caution when placing orders.

To initiate a return, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing [email protected] and return the product to the following address within 30 days:

Please include the following information with the return:

- Name

- Order number

- Product names

- Reason for return

As the customer, you are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of the returned products. Mrs. Highbrow is not liable for packages lost in transit.

Upon receiving the package in good condition, the purchase price (minus shipping costs) will be credited. Credit will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return. Please retain the shipping receipt with track & trace until the purchase amount has been credited.
