Once we’ve processed your order, you’ll receive your track & trace code. However, tracking information will only become available once the carrier has scanned the package. This means your parcel may have already left our warehouse, but tracking might not be active yet.
As a result, it may look like your order isn’t on its way yet, even though it actually is. Just a little more patience it’s on the move!
